INTEREST STIRRED BY OPEN DISCUSSION Various Group Representatives Speak Have you ever heard of the work accomplished by the Girl Reserves? Has anyone portrayed to you those things most beautiful in a camp conference? Those who attended the mid-week service of the Y. W. C. A. held in the chapel Thursday evening had an opportunity to learn something about each of these organizations.Mildred Jardin, the leader of the meeting, was assisted by Helen Graeff who led the discussion. Adelaide Wanner told of Eagles Mere and the spiritual air of fellowship and good-will received there by the delegates. She also interpreted the messages conveyed by such persons as Juliette Derricotte, Bruce Curry, Dr. Edith Hale Swift, and J. Stitt Wilson. Lastly she likened individuals to pieces of a great picture puzzle, whose beauty rests in union of personalities. Girl Reserves or junior "Y" work was treated by Ruth Walker. Mildred McHenry traced the relationship between the Girl Scouts and the "Y". A summary of the program of the past year's meetings was given by Jean Morrison. Although others were eager to speak, time was not available. Something different in the way of moving pictures was promised for the next Thursday night meeting.
