Douglass commemoration finds home at WCU

This is a student newspaper dated February of 1994. Included in this edition of The Quad newspaper, is an article about a "National conference in 1995 will focus on improving multiculturalism." This event was to be hosted at West Chester University and will celebrate Frederick Douglass. This article briefly explains the reason for selecting Frederick Douglass as the focal point for this conference and highlights his achievements.
