Godfrey (Huk) Bethea, of 530 Sanderson Hall, was arraigned before District Justice Earl M. Heald on charges stemming from an incident with security Patrolman Jack Martin in Lawrence Hall dining room last Tuesday afternoon, according to security Chief Samuel Sweeney. Martin and other members of the security force made the arrest shortly before 11 p.m. Friday in the student's room. He was released on nominal bail pending a hearing November 1.
