On the second page of the March 27, 1984 issue of The Quad features the IGA Executive candidates. The first student highlighted is Keith W. Cook, a junior who was majoring in Public Administration. He was running for the position of president and highlighted the skills he developed as an active participant in the Black Student Union, NAACP, and several other student Organizations as his reasoning for why he would make an effective President.
